Tricia Ambler
Tricia Ambler has over ten years of fundraising and prospect research experience in both higher education and with other types of nonprofits. She has been on the board of directors of APRA-VA for the past six years and is currently serving as President. She has also been a member of the planning committee for the Mid-Atlantic Research Conference (MARC), serving as Chair and as Co-Program Chair. Tricia earned her BA and MPA from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Sally Boucher
Sally Boucher, CFRE, is the Director of Research at WealthEngine with a background in higher education, the arts, and human services development. She has provided consulting services to non-profit organizations including disaster relief, faith-based and arts organizations. Sally is the Primary author of the Best Practices for Prospect Research in Higher Education Fundraising Report, and a contributor to the Measuring Fundraising Return on Investment and the Impact of Prospect Research White Paper. She regularly presents on analytics, ROI, research and major giving and is a regular speaker for AFP, CASE, APRA, AHP and the Virginia Fundraising Institute.

Vicki Claussen
Vicki has been with WealthEngine since 2000 with sales and marketing responsiblitles. She accepted the position of Director of Partnership Relations in the fall of 2008. Before joining WealthEngine, Vicki had more than 15 years of leadership positions in healthcare. Besides overall direction, financial and administrative responsibilities she was actively involved in the organizations fundraising efforts. She has also served on several local, state and national non profit boards in various positions including Chairman of the Development Committee. Vicki holds an MBA from the Henry B Tippe School of Business, University of Iowa and a Bachelors of General Studies also from the University of Iowa.

James Dean
James joined WealthEngine as Vice President and Head of WealthEngine’s Luxury & Financial Services Practice in February 2009. He leads our luxury and financial services team and manages the relationships of our key accounts. While driving the growth of WealthEngine’s financial services practice, James launched the luxury practice in 2009 and has achieved great success growing it in to an important industry for our firm. James specializes in affluent and HNW prospecting helping our clients in their business development efforts to identify and win qualified HNW clients. James sales career spans nearly twenty years. Prior to WealthEngine, James lead the sales efforts at BroadReach Partners, a financial and technology lead generation firm. Prior to that, James was VP Sales at Institutional Shareholder Services leading its’ corporate governance ratings sales and Thomson Financial where he sold financial data and portfolio management software. James earned his BS from Northeastern University and Master’s in International Business from Pepperdine University.

Francis A. (Tony) Glowacki
Tony Glowacki’s history with WealthEngine began over 10 years ago. He first shepherded the company through a transition phase from what was Prospects of Wealth & Resources, Inc., into what is now WealthEngine. During this time, his role was both as an angel investor and business strategist. In 2003, having successfully assisted the company with the transition, Tony assumed the Chief Executive Officer’s position, which he has held since. Tony has had a long career in technology, particularly in the area of information technology and database applications. He served in management roles at Manugistics from 1992 to 1996 before embarking on an entrepreneurial path. He has been both an active and passive early stage investor in a diverse range of markets including real estate, banking, technology, and franchise restaurants. Tony graduated with a BS from the University of Iowa and currently serves on their College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Dean’s Advisory Board. He is also a strong supporter of local non-profits whose focus is on improving educational opportunities for under-privileged children.

Aaron Goldstein
Aaron oversees all aspects of our Partnership and Strategic Alliance business. He joined WealthEngine in July of 2010 after spending the last ten years at Blackboard as Senior Director of International Operations. As part of his role, he built the international reseller network at Blackboard into a $25 million annual business across more than 25 partners in Europe, Asia-pacific and Latin America. Aaron holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Albion College.

Kimberly O'Donnell
Kimberly O’Donnell joined WealthEngine in 2003 and, as Senior Director of Brand Marketing, oversees the company’s digital platforms, knowledge management, public relations and communications strategy. With over 15 years of nonprofit leadership, marketing and sales experience, she has advised clients on effective fundraising strategy, prospect research efficiency and social media engagement. Kimberly is the driver of WealthEngine’s thought leadership initiatives, directing its popular webinar and event series, as well as managing and contributing to nearly all of WealthEngine’s publications—best practice reports, white papers, articles and case studies. An enthusiastic speaker, Kimberly regularly presents at national conferences and workshops. She has also appeared in several print and television stories, including People, The Washington Post, Bloomberg, and local television.
In her free time, Kimberly is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University where she teaches a course on nonprofit leadership through The Fund for American Studies and serves as President of the Board of Stop Child Abuse Now of Northern Virginia. Kimberly has a BA from George Mason University and an MS in business technology from Marymount University.

Kathleen Richards joined WealthEngine after 10 years in the arts. She focuses on prospect research solutions for nonprofit prospects and clients and is currently co-authoring WealthEngine’s newest white paper on Best Practices in Fundraising for Arts and Culture Organizations. Kathleen has worked as the Program Manager for The Princess Grace Foundation, USA in New York and as the Development Director for Adventure Theatre in Glen Echo Park. Elizabeth Schiffmann
Elizabeth Schiffmann, WealthEngine’s Product Marketing Manager, joined the company in 2008 helping clients deploy prospect research tools in their fundraising strategies by implementing their wealth appends, and strategizing with them about how to reach their fundraising goals. In 2010 she moved into a marketing role that allowed her to combine her strong product knowledge and communication skills while researching and presenting on WealthEngine’s Best Practices in Fundraising. Elizabeth co-authored WealthEngine’s Best Practices in Fundraising for Arts and Culture Organizations and has presented at a number of different conferences about topics such as: prospect research’s return on investment, the use of social media in fundraising, and wealth data integration within development offices. Currently she works closely with the entire product management team to develop new innovations, product positioning, and pricing. Prior to joining WealthEngine, Elizabeth worked in fundraising, development and special events for The Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C., worked in residential real estate sales, and conducted fundraising on a congressional campaign. She earned her BA degree in English and Political Science from University of Vermont.

Eric White
Eric White joined WealthEngine in 2010 with more than 15 years experience in the nonprofit sector. With a focus on youth development organizations, Eric began his career providing training and technical assistance for Communities in Schools, Inc., the nation’s largest drop-out prevention program. As executive director of the Darrell Green Youth Life Foundation (DGYLF) Eric managed the entire operation including the Darrell Green Youth Life Learning Centers (DGYLLC). While at DGYLF, Eric secured more than $5 million for national expansion of the learning centers and the development of the National Training Institute; a center designed to train other youth development leaders with attention on equipping professional athletes interested in serving youth. Eric earned his BA from the University of Southern California and his MA from University of California – Los Angeles.

Cheryl Wilmer
Cheryl Wilmer joined WealthEngine in 2009 and works with clients on the best ways to use WealthEngine products successfully, as well as perform custom trainings. Cheryl has a deep background in prospect research and fundraising, including positions at the United Negro College Fund, the American Red Cross and the American Institute of Architects. She is a member of APRA National, APRA DC and AFP, and was a WealthEngine user for 8 years prior to joining the company. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Maryland and she received her MPA in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2006.
