Francis A. (Tony) Glowacki

Chief Executive Officer

Tony Glowacki’s history with WealthEngine began over 10 years ago. He first shepherded the company through a transition phase from what was Prospects of Wealth & Resources, Inc., into what is now WealthEngine.  During this time, his role was both as an angel investor and business strategist.  In 2003, having successfully assisted the company with the transition, Tony assumed the Chief Executive Officer’s position, which he has held since.  Tony has had a long career in technology, particularly in the area of information technology and database applications. He served in management roles at Manugistics from 1992 to 1996 before embarking on an entrepreneurial path. He has been both an active and passive early stage investor in a diverse range of markets including real estate, banking, technology, and franchise restaurants.  Tony graduated with a BS from the University of Iowa and currently serves on their College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Dean’s Advisory Board.  He is also a strong supporter of local non-profits whose focus is on improving educational opportunities for under-privileged children.

James Dean

Senior Vice President, Head of Luxury & Financial Services Practice

James joined WealthEngine as Vice President and Head of WealthEngine’s Luxury & Financial Services Practice in February 2009. He leads our luxury and financial services team and manages the relationships of our key accounts. While driving the growth of WealthEngine’s financial services practice, James launched the luxury practice in 2009 and has achieved great success growing it in to an important industry for our firm. James specializes in affluent and HNW prospecting helping our clients in their business development efforts to identify and win qualified HNW clients. James sales career spans nearly twenty years. Prior to WealthEngine, James lead the sales efforts at BroadReach Partners, a financial and technology lead generation firm. Prior to that, James was VP Sales at Institutional Shareholder Services leading its’ corporate governance ratings sales and Thomson Financial where he sold financial data and portfolio management software. James earned his BS from Northeastern University and Master’s in International Business from Pepperdine University.

Jeff Lubitz

Senior Vice President, Sales

Jeff joined WealthEngine in April 2009 and currently has responsibilities for leading, managing, and mentoring the five non-profit sales teams that consist of more than 30 sales professionals. Jeff has a 20-year track record of sales and marketing success across multiple industries. Prior to joining WealthEngine, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Sales at Boston-based M|C Communications; where he also served as a member of the Pri-Med senior leadership team. Before M|C, Jeff spent nearly six years at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) where he was Vice President of Sales for proxy voting and corporate governance services. His responsibilities included managing and growing relationships with many of the world’s largest asset managers and hedge funds; he led three sales teams and achieved unprecedented results which played a critical role in the company’s successful sale to RiskMetrics Group in January 2007. Prior to ISS, Jeff was Director of Sales at Primark Corporation; a Waltham MA based financial information services company. Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The American University and an MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Ronald F. Smith

Chief Financial Officer

Ron joined WealthEngine in April of 2010 bringing more than thirty years of business experience to the company, including ten years in public accounting and 20 years in private industry. In 2008, Ron founded Venture Financial Management LLC (VFM) which provided CFO and financial management services to emerging growth technology companies in the Washington, DC metro area. Prior to forming VFM, he held CFO positions with several emerging growth companies including Synchris, Inc., Everest Software, Inc., Entevo Corporation and Visix Software, Inc. where he was responsible for finance, legal, human resources, and administrative functions. Mr. Smith graduated with a B.A degree in economics from the Colorado College and holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Virginia Society of CPA’s.

Rick Wilhelm

Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Rick is the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at WealthEngine. Before joining WealthEngine, Rick was Vice President of Engineering at Network Solutions responsible for the development, quality, and delivery of Network Solutions’ core systems, including their online store. He spent seven years at NeuStar where he held challenging roles in software engineering, operations, and corporate technology strategy. As the principal architect of the NeuStar registry for the .biz gTLD launch, Rick led its technology teams as it grew to include .us ccTLD and other products. He also held key leadership roles in a Series A-focused VC firm and a boutique Java technology consultancy. Starting his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Rick was part of a small collection of experts who provided architecture expertise to high-profile projects. At Andersen, he also served as a firm-wide representative to the ANSI X3J16 committee for the standardization of C++. Rick received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Computer Science) with High Honors from the University of Illinois.
